Each session blends faith, breathwork, meditation, and gentle movement, offering tools that are simple, accessible, and rooted in peace. Whether you join a calming Sunday evening breathwork session, an energizing Saturday morning beginner yoga class, or future in-person gatherings, every class is an invitation to reconnect with God, your body, and your spirit.

Be Well Sister Yoga is designed with beginners in mind — gentle, breath-centered practices that help you reconnect with your body, release stress, and move with intention. While live online classes are not currently running, I’m creating a library of beginner-friendly yoga videos that will soon be available to rent, buy, or stream right here.
